Kinoa Studio is a creative tool for short, safe-for-work videos. Every prompt is screened by an automated moderation system before anything is generated, and prompts that break these rules are refused.

You may not create, upload or request:

• Nudity, sexual, sexually suggestive or explicit content of any kind.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, violent or harmful context.
• Deepfakes, face swaps or realistic depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, including public figures.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism or extremist content.
• Hate speech, harassment or content that targets people for who they are.
• Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks, or impersonates brands or people.
• Misinformation designed to deceive, such as fake news footage or fraudulent ads.

Video → Prompt uploads: only upload clips you own or have permission to use. Clips are deleted right after analysis.

Enforcement: we may refuse prompts, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refund of used credits.
