Kinoa Studio ("Kinoa") lets you create short AI-generated videos from text prompts. By using Kinoa you agree to these terms.

Your content. You own the videos you create, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use outputs.

Acceptable use. Generating nudity, sexual, sexually suggestive or explicit (NSFW) content is prohibited, as are content involving minors in harmful contexts, deepfakes or realistic depictions of real people without consent, hate, harassment, graphic violence and illegal content. All prompts are screened by automated moderation. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse prompts, remove content and suspend accounts.

Technology. Kinoa Studio is an independent product built on open-source third-party AI models (such as Wan and Qwen). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by their creators.

AI-generated. Videos are created by AI and may contain errors. Free videos carry a watermark. Do not present outputs as real footage.

Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, our merchant of record, which handles billing and taxes. You can also manage orders at link.com. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Billing in your account. Credits are non-refundable once used; failed generations are refunded automatically.
